I bought a HTC Desire C phone from ebay. Even though the website said the phone was new, I received an instrument whose Bios had been changed. Because of this HTC will not offer Manufacturer’s warranty. Further, many applications on the phone are either defective or missing. We registered a complaint 6 days ago but have not heard from eBay. Please help us and make eBay consider our complaint.
