Respected sir/madam,
I have bought a karbonn mobile from Ebay 4-6-14, and i received the same on 9-6-14 but it was not working. I claimed a replacement claim on ebay and they told me to send them the Dead on Arrival letter of the particular phone from the nearest karbonn service centre. I have gone there more than 5 times and requested for a preliminary check for the complaint of the phone and to get the DOA letter.. But after examining my phone they told me that , that particular phone is of jaina karbonn type and cannot be able to get serviced from there, go to banglore or tamilnadu for the same because the nearest jaina service centre was onlt situated there. So i contacted ebay and told my situation and they told me to provide a letter to prove that the customer centre at kochi can’t able to provide the DOA. they gave me a written letter with a seal of them and i provided them all that i got from them ., and ow they are telling me that they closed the claim and i didnt given any details ,. I hav the copy of mails i sent on respective dates and all the proofs…
