I never expected this from airtel, one should learn from mistakes.

some times we mistake the over advertised companies into companies that are serious about their customers.

I have noticed that mtnl is actually a better option than airtel, atleast as of now, because everyone thins they are government company, hence bad quality. I noticed that they have better knowledge about their company rules than the jobless bozos at airtel, airtel has very bad (very cost -effective way) of running company, they hire random ppl from street and everytjing is done from their main office, not from the gallery where we go to.

so here it goes.

paid them 6500 in advance for 8gb for 6 months, i am still roaming behind them, its been about 4 months, still have not recieved by 3g data, my sim is blocked

First they said we cannot give u connection, because you live in a restricted region (defence area). and said we cannot do anything, wtf i paid cash, u took it, and now u say we cannot give me connection, just because u won’t.

I sent some mails, and a lot of calls, then they promised to refund, and asked me to wait for 2 months. i waited for two months, and i recieved babaji ka thulu.

then i again send a lot of calls and mails, and then some other guy, told me they don;t have a policy of refund, wow. and they said they will give me a connection.

they sent the guy after many calls from me over a period of about 15 days.

after they keep delaying, and dont even lift my in the morniing, they pick it up in evening and say they will call in 5 minutes,

when i go to their office they do something to send me back, its very painful with bharti, i will use their data for which i already paid, and will never look at their office again.

now they have given me this number 590590, i dont know what will happen now. 🙁
