Dear All,
I have requested many times to solve this problem and credit me my wrongly deducted 1888/- in my kotak account. But still this is even not taken seriously at Kotak. Surprisely, in customer care I found reply that my query was closed and transferred to concern department and they will call you. But still today I have not received any call from Kotak.
This is very poor service and reply from one leading bank like kotak. I was in impression that in service segment and like banking service you people look in this matter and solve this issue by credit me 1888/- in my account but you all people neglected this intentionally.
Kindly solve this matter immediately otherwise I have to go for consumer forum.
I have the agreement for salary account which you made with our employer and there was no one line regarding maintaining minimum balance / charges for minimum balance in slary2wealth account.
We hope that you are in interested in the long term relations of Kotak Bank and Transformers & Rectifiers instead in wrong charges of 1888/-

As per your proposal for Salary 2 wealth account and your discussion had with our Mr. Samkit Mehta (ACFO-Transformers & Rectifiers) we have opened salary accounts with you for our employees of Transpares Limited. Now, we have came across with a complain received from employees that the balance they have in their KOTAK account is deducted by bank as a charges due to non credit of salary.
In this regard we would like to draw you attention to the problems we faced in credit the salary to kotak. You all including Mr. Dharmesh and the manager of Kotak Changodar branch are well aware with the problems we faced. Mr. pratik Mehta also trying to solve our issue for late credit of salary and other issues. So, meantime we stop credit salary to kotak and contact Kotak for solve the issues of salary as well as CMS.
No one including branch, Mr. dharmensh, Pratik, or any one directed us regarding the clause of transfer account to savings from salary due to non credit of salary consecutive 2 months. Please find below detail of account in which you have deducted Rs. 1888/- as a charges.

This is surprising for us that you have not closed OR noticed for non credit of salary, but convert it in savings account and deduct the balance only after 2 months. This is not good practice for both bank and employer who opening accounts of salary to their employees.
Our employees are asking that they are not going to KOTAK but Transpares (management) took them to KOTAK for salary account and the management (transpares) responsible for the amount deducted by Kotak bank.
On basis of trust and good business and healthy relationship between Transformers & Rectifiers and Kotak Mahindra Bank, we came to you and started salary account and CMS. Kindly look in this matter immediately and credit the amount of deduction made as a charges in our employees account under head of Transpares.
Please do needful immediately, otherwise we have to take this matter to our Group CFO – Mr. Rahul Shah. It will effect on relations of KOTAK & Transformers & Rectifiers.
