I purchased a Symphony Winter i cooler from Sahara Electric Point (TIN No. 06661830176) , Gurgaon on 10-Jun-2014. Sl No. of Cooler is 1410514109454. Problem occurred from 1st day itself – cooling pads were not getting wet from one side. I asked dealer to resolve the issue but he registered a complaint with Symphony service. Nobody came even after 7 days of follow-up. At last the dealer sent his own person but the cooler was working fine in front of him (don’t know if he did something to make it temporarily work). The same problem occurred again after he left. I got a call later from symphony if the matter was resolved. I told them problem is still occurring. They told they will send someone within 24 hours, but more that 4 days have past since then and nobody have come. Such a poor after sales service from Symphony.
