Product not working properly since purchased

I had bought a whirlpool refrigerator about 5 years ago,but the day when its get purchased,its not working as per required…Although several complaints had been registered against it..Every time the serviceman have the visit to check it and asked that its working right…but we never ever get satisfied with its performance.Kindly help us…
