This to inform you that now a days, Vodafone Company Services not Up to the mark, I Have billed With 2600/- On April 2014, and they reduced to 1800/-, i have payment 50% of the bill of Rs -900/-
Issue:-
1- Billing Period 17 To 18 Every Month.
2 – I have De-Activated 3G Plan of 2 GB On 27.04.2014 ( Used Less Than 2 GB and Charged 135 As per Pro-data Basis
(I) Message from Vodafone Customer Care on 27.04.2014 at 7.51 Am, YOU HAVE CONSUMED 1672.84 MB Approx in your 3G PLAN ( Screen Shot Message Available )
(II) But Vodafone Customer Care De – Activated On 26.04.2014. How Can It Possible I have De- Activated Plan on 27.04.2014 But That have Active the plan till 26 .04.2014.
3 – I Have Activated 3G Plan Of 1 GB On 27.04.2014 ( Used Less Than 1 GB And Charged 175 As Per Pro Date Basis.
(I) Message from Vodafone Customer Care on 14.05.2014 at 12.25 Am YOU HAVE CONSUMED 819.20MB Approx in your 3G PLAN ( Screen Shot Message Available )
That Means i have not Cross 2 GB Plan & 1 GB Plan on my Billing Circle.
Important Problem:-
1 – 12 Mail Forward to Vodafone Customer Care [email protected].
2 – More than 16 Times Spoken to Vodafone Customer Care.
3 – 3 Times Visited To Vodafone Store (1st Thane,2nd Sion & 3rd Lower Parel Corporate Office Vodafone)
Every Day Call for Vodafone Recover er Team 022 – 71636986 Asking for payment 899.90/-
I don’t Want to change may number.
Kindly Take some Action ASAP.
