I have placed an order on 23-5-2014 from the online shop tvteleskyshop.in for Rs.
1485/- which I paid through online banking.order no:604772
I recd the parcel on 3rd june and they forgot to send one item-Aluma wallet.When I informed them thru mail, phone, chat they asssured they will be sending it soon , but never did so in past 20 days .
Now they are not even responding to call reminders, not replying to mails even .
Aluma Wallet which is one item ,not sent, is of value Rs.799 as per their site.
