No Refund

Rahul Sharma director of The Harbour institute of merchant navy, Noida is a Fraud.Rahul sharma has taken Money from a lot of students from Marine colleges including Imi, Delhi. He is not refunding the fees he took as a service charge .He neither refuses but its almost 6 months now he is avoiding he is not replying.I do have the emails that he sent me that he will refund the left money by apr 2014.Imi did sent a mail that imi is no more tied up with him is helds no responsibility but it was too late With fake promises he is continuing to cheat merchant navy students till now.I have lots of so call “Gawahs or victims with me and proof too” Someone help me.
if rahul returns my money i will take back my claims He better refund my money soon**or he is in trouble. i will write a tons of complaint if anyone types Harbour institute of merchant navy they will find my complaints.Decision is yours Rahul.Give me my money back
