payment made to times jobs subsequently through incomplete information

i received a call from times jobs on 16.06.14 for applying jobs online. i have registered myself with timesjobs company. they asked me to pay for the premium service for which i paid them amount of 1600 INR/-. they said me that 1600 INR is the total pay for the service, but later on again i received a call from times jobs on 17.06.14 person named Mr. Ankit Sehgal asked me to pay again another amount inorder to complete my registration. so i paid amount as stated below:-

1.Greatest Strengths Report – 1900/.
2. Career Development Report – 1600/.
3. Career Options Report -1700/.
4. Magic Resume India – Mid level – 2600/.
5. 24 Hours – Rs.1000,Add Profile Highlighter (Rs. 500),
6. Resume Zapper India – 1600/.

Total amounts to= Rs 10,900/-
After paying this above amount again i received a call from Mr. Saroop Singh date 18.06.14 saying my profile is incomplete and asking me to pay another amount of Rs 2350/- for complete registration and also he states that if i wont pay this 2300/- i wont get my profile completion despite paying 10,900/- already. And he also stated that i cant avail the premium jobs service from them in spite of my payment.
Hence i request you sir to kindly consider my complaint and help me out in the matter. i wish to withdraw the same amount i have paid them.
