Dear Madam/Sir,
This is to inform you i have purchased on Honda Activa on 11th may 2014 from ASHIMA AUTO (Add.-1A, GT Road, Near Moradan, P.O.-Chatra, Serampore, Hooghly-712204, Ph.-2878 1380/ 2622 0786).
As per commitment of the seller(i.e.-Ashima Auto) they promised to provide me all the papers regarding registration of my 2- wheeler should be within 1 month of time. But, till date they are they are unable to provide me any papers regarding registration of my vehicle. Althouge they already taken total cash for registration. At the time of purchase they have asked me to provide id proof of the purchaser ,which i have provided them on mail (they confirmed me the received id proof in mail ) and assured me that it will take 7 days for insurance and 10-14 days for temporary number .But till 1st July 2014 they neither contacted me nor provided any document of registration except the challan .On 1st July when i called them about the whereabouts of the document they replied that they are unable to extract the id proof from mail which they have received and thats why they require another hard copy of id proof .It was there total failure on informing me about the id proof mishap but they failed in it .Again i provided them the hard copy of voter card on 3rd July 2014 ,and till date i am the only one calling them and asking about the documents but they are least bothered about it and just telling me it will take another 4-5 days .For the Blue Book and all other documents another one month
You are requested to take necessary action to provide me the solution.
