PROFESSIONAL COURIER STEALS MY STUFF WORTH 30,000 INR

sir i sent 71 KGs of luggage from kota to my hometown sathy by PROFESSIONAL COURIER. one luggage among them was a large suitcase. when it reached home, i found the suitcase empty. i had the case locked but they still managed to steal the stuffs inside it. they did it by tearing a part of the side, take all the stuffs and close and hide the toren part with their tape with something company brand on it. the stuffs inside the suitcase worth around 30,000 INR including the cost of suitcase. i contacted them but they took no action till now and still are not gonna do anything about it.
