unable to deliver product. refund still not given after repeated false promises!

Please urgently assist to retrieve the refund of Rs4115 paid for the karbonn a16 mobile i ordered on 19 May 2014 on mulyashop.com, order no being HBSFNPHPB.
i have corresponded total 9 times through messages on their website through my order page without any reply from theirr end.
i have mailed them 4 times as well, again without any replies.
i have been repeatedly given false promises on the phone by their representatives at various times.
On the website i was given 3 days time to receive the product.
On 22 May I was told on the phone I would receive the product within 10-12 days ie by end of may.
On 2nd June I was told my product will be despatched by 4th June.
On 4th June I was told I will receive refund only and it will be credited in my account by today ie, 07 June.
On 7th june I called and I was told they may have missed the messages and there is no further update.
I then asked why all these false promises were made and I want my refund immedietly.
I was again told that I need to drop another mail to their cutomer care email address to get the refund and if i the send the mail on the same day they will refund immediately and the money will

show as credited in my account positively by wednesday 11 june.
I still didnot receive any replies on my mails and messages on their website.
I called on 10th June again & the guy on the phone now said money wil get credited to my account by Monday 16 jun 14.
I called again on 14th June to remind them and they said on the phone that I will definitely get the money on 16th Jun. If i dont get the money even after that, then I can go ahead and sue them.
I didnt get any money on 16th June. No replies on the messages and mails either. I called them up around 3pm, they made me wait for 12 mins and then hung up the line.
I called them up again around 4pm. They switched off their customer care no.
I am appalled an online purchase website switches off their customer care no during regular office hours.

Please assist to get me my refund of Rs4115 paid for the product and its shipping and if possible the Rs400 I have paid in overall std calls to them.

I’m based in Kolkata.
Mulya Shopping Pvt Ltd is a mumbai based shop.
The account from where the payment was made is under my Husband’s name Dipanjan Basu. Its an ICICI Bank Account. No.is 627601509110.

    finally got back our order money after a cat & mouse chase which went on for exactly 1 month. however the harassment we went through while calling 2-3 times every alternate day where we were made to wait for 12-15 mins till some operator attended the call was legendary, one of a kind. not to mention the money wasted on std phone calls to them around Rs400 overall. they really need to improve their service and their customer care both. being regular online shoppers, this has been an eye opener for us… our worst experience in online shopping. advice for other shoppers…. stick to flipkart even if they charge a little bit higher.
