on 14th june i ordered a mobile phones and deposit the amount,they told me that u got your product on 16th morning where u have to pay the remaining balance.But today they call me that ur product is in under consumer officer so u have to pay the remaining balance,so i’ll pay the amount for custom clearence,but again after half an hour they again call me that u also pay for your consumer clearence certificate,now they didn’t pick my phone and also not reply of my messages,
please help me in getting my money back
