Sir,
The story is I dial a number for the scheme for IDI 10 min (Rs. 88) from my mobile (9427787435). But that time I don’t have sufficient balance so I got message that request is rejected due to insufficient balance in your account.
After that I go to idea store and recharge with Rs. 88 for IDI 10 min. and Rs. 95 for full talk time. After that all is working fine but after 3 or 4 hour they deducted Rs. 88 again from my account.
An idea customer care service doesn’t replay me properly and they have declined to revert back my balance.
