we are not getting service from panasonic . I have complaint on 20/05/2014 in service center of panasonic for my AC that it has not working I purchased on last year on 9 june 2013 . I have complaint many times in service center they just give me complaint no – PI-ASC-1405-102468 . they were not providing any technecian to us .my AC model no. is CU-YC18PKY . I am not appreciate from that company and service too . and I don’t want any technecian for any service now I want my money back or I want re-installation of my total unit . please give your precious attention on this compaint regarding panasonic company .
