Non Cooperation from Standard Chartered Bank

Dear Concern,

This is refer to my SCB Credit Card settlement (SCB CC No. 5546232903160355), I have cleared the payment within the stipulated time(last cheque cleared on 25/11/2013). However till date I have not received the NOC copy from bank. Here I would like to mention that I had receive lots of lots of calls for SCB before settlement. Now, they are not even bother to give the NOC. I need the NOC on urgent and immediate basis. Otherwise I may have to take legal action against SCB.

As, I have relocated to new address, bank can mail me the soft copy of NOC at [email protected]
