Trouble Shooting: Symphony Cooler Purchase

Hello,

I got purchase a Symphony Cooler (Model: SYMP DIET 22E, Sr. NO: 70A5312M04315, Manufacturing Year 2011)Dated 30-May-2014 by 10.00PM from M/s VALUE PLUS, Govind Nagar, Kanpur. At the time of purchasing they said that handover a running cooler by saying that it is running for last 2hours only. So we took it and came back to home but when we started it there was no cooling at all. We thought their could be some function that we were not able to understand so next day we call to value plus for same and they said that they are not responsible at all once it handed over to customer. They further advice to call to company service center. We called up the same. When service engineer came and opened up the cabin motor was disconnected and looks like the older one. Afterwords engineer did check up and said that motor coil was burnt. We badly shocked and understood the FRAUD done by the distributor.
How ever engineer has made it ok in working condition. But after couple of days same trouble shooting came again.

Now we fed up with it and would like you to please help us out for same.
