Tikona penalty charges and delayed services

Hi Sir,

I always use to make payment on time but last month it was delayed by 1 day for which Tikona has put Rs. 100/-. 15 days later I requested them for WiFi router for which they asked me to make payment of 2400/- and WiFi Router will be installed in 3 working days. Now it is 4th day but no turned up. Now I claim Penalty from them?
