I filed a service request on May 17th2014 with complaint no BL-BE-17E14006 , after that
First of all they are not picking the call.
If in case they pic they always give some excuses like :
-Technician is not well he will come after 2 days.
– technician is not taking care of u r area he will come after 2 days.
– technician will not come today he is busy in another work he will come after 2 days.
I am frustated if symphony claims to have a good service why it been 26 days and no one called me so far NOT EVEN ONCE , for the complaint which i raised.
Now they are saying that they do not have stock of motor and this they have been saying since last 21 days and they commit every week by this monday they will fix this issue.Kindly help
