We relocated all our household things and furniture from Bhilai to Bangalore 3 days back. There was not one carton which was not torn – and its not just ropes loosened, cartons were also torn. You can also see loose items (most loose items were damaged). You can also see the wooden trunk broken – no hinges and even the lock was gone. Even a small plant which we sent had not come.
These are just FEW examples but most items had come like this and the driver said everything is fine and this is the way goods come and because we are shifting for the first time (which is not the case) we do not know. The driver himself told us over phone that all cartons were torn and that we made a mistake by choosing this packer service, but after coming here when asking for the cheque he completely told the opposite in front of the packers people – very unethical. This was before we had started opening any cartons and we wonder how much more damage we will find when we open. The way the goods were arranged in Bhilai, even that was not the same when truck arrived. We are quite sure the goods were unloaded on the way and reloaded which is why they have come in this state. Driver says that happens due to checking done on the way, then he says your original driver was unwell so driver got changed, then he says truck broke down on the way. If you are charging your customers for some service it is your responsibility to ensure you provide the quality of service. We are really disgusted with the service even though we were kind of pushed to make the payment in full. Bitter experience when leaving Bhilai.
I dont suggest anyone to chose these people for relocation hereafter
