IFB Split Air Conditioner not getting installed

This is to file a complaint against IFB. We have purchased a 2.0 Ton split Air Conditioner from Shyam Lal Krishan Lal, Sadar Bazaar, Delhi Cantt on 6th June,2014 (Bill No: RS-518). We were promised of installation within 24 hrs of delivery which happened on 7th June, 2014. Installation request was raised with the IFB customer care by the dealer on 7th June, 2014 (Ticket No 13103983). Our registered mobile number for the complaint is 9873130253. It has been 5 days since the delivery and the installation has not happened yet. We have contacted the dealer who in turn has contacted the IFB sales manager Mr Ravi (Phone number 9312729399) several times, who gives empty assurances of getting the installation done, which has not happened till date. When we got in touch with the IFB customer care today, they directed us to get in touch with IFB Sr Executive Miss Shikha (Landline No: 01244202856) who also gave us ample assurance that the installation would happen today (11 June , 2014) itself. However still the installation has not been done despite giving her a reminder call today at 16:30 hrs. I would like to know how long by your standards it would take to install the air conditioner. If the installation is not done by tomorrow then we would like to return the product to your company and go for some other air conditioner.
