Hi I am Pranjal Shrivastava from Uttam Nagar,Delhi, I hired an AC from www.AConRent.com and paid full Rs6000/- in cash when it was installed at my place. Soon after installation after technicians left my place, AC started turning off and was working with intermittent continuity. I complained to the dealer and he said I need to observe it for few days. Its been 1 month and that AC is not doing any good to me but creating problems for me. I called dealer and he promised me to get it replaced with another AC. After that he stopped taking my calls, I sent him an sms about lodging an FIR, so he texted back that he will get replacement soon. Techinicans came again but without another AC, they just serviced the old AC given to me and went off. AC worked fine for 1 night only, after that it has been throwing warm air and compressor does not work. Dealer is not responding to calls and messages, I need a solution for this, I will go for an FIR and then sell the AC.
