I had Lodged a complaint for Luminous Shine Inverter on 29 May . The ticket was assigned to Mr Manoj of Luniuos Service Center at Patparganj Delhi.I was assured that a technician will give visit by 30 May at max.
However, till today i have not gotten even a single visit from the person. When I contacted Mr Manoj at first, he told me that he is overloaded and can not attend the complaint today. On placing , the call next day he informed that he cannot arrive as someone from his family is not well and he is out of town. It has been 12 days and no one has come yet . Even the service center no.s are coming as busy and no one is answering the call.
