On the 30th of May I went to look for Samsung Service center in Chirala but found non. To find service person (Enginner) I went to the Samsung show room even they did not direct me to the right address or the right channel. I went to other appliances shop they gave me the Samsung Customer Care NO: 180030008282 and said that if we make a complaint to the Customer Care Number Service personal will repair the product in two working days.
On the 31st I made a complaint to the Samsung Customer Care NO:18003008282. They asked me my name, address, Cell phone number, Model of the product, appliance, year of the purchase etc. The detail are:

The customer Care center told me that on Monday the June 2nd evening the Service Enginner would come and solve the problem and gave me the complaint NO: 4174826497. When he did not appear on the second I call the customer care. They try to call him but he would not respond. Later the customer care personal gave me one number of the service center at Ongole NO:08532282012 and mobile NO:8686051499 of the service personal I tried to call him but he would not respond (Either it is engaged or he would not respond). While I call the Service Centre NO at Ongole she said it take two more days. One 6th of June a man call up from Ongole and ask if we they have to repair AC in our house. (It is understood that there is not good communication between the Samsung Customer Care and the Samsung Service Center at Ongole. Once again the Personal asked all the details What is the appliance that is on repair, What is the Model? When was it Purchased? When he heard that it was purchased in 1999. He just bluntly told that we do not get parts for the machines purchased so long back. He said he can not repair it. Just for eye wash he use to say that he is coming but he would not turn up. The day the Customer Care would say that the service personal is coming I or my wife would take of from our Job and wait for the Service Enginner but he would not come like this we waited for more then 5 days. Even yesterday the Customer care told us that he would come and we were waiting for the Service personal but he would not come.
If Sumsung Company could not provide parts for their product why should they produce a product at all. If the Samsung Service Professional could not serve or repair their own product why does that wait engineer be in the Service Office. How is that Sumsung Company entertaining such a center or a Person. If the Sumsung Compamy’s Service Center cannot repair it I demand that the Company replace the product or exchange for a new product giving my machine much better price and the new machinc. with much better service. I need immediate action against the Sercive center Ongole and also against the Service personal who is reluctant to serve and repair our product.
