POOR SIGNAL QUALITY BY VODAFONE AND NOT PROVIDING ANTENNA EVEN IF I AM READY TO PAY CHARGES

I Live in Porbandar … A City in Gujarat … I am customer of vodafone from past 3 years … I’ve migrated my number from airtel to vodafone just to get proper service .. I live in Chowpati Area … its a quiet posh area and in center of the city … but the worst problem here is to get vodafone reception … In my house , even in the balcony i can harldy talk with anyone from my phone … whenever i receive a call i have to move out of my house and talk from the road …. and getting 3g is almost impossible in my house .. even 2g works like hell … its almost same situation with everyone in my area… i tried to talk before a year to one and only vodafone care situated in my city at mg road .. the responce was very poor … they said the tower around my area has been passed but we are searching for a place … but from last 1 year they havnt found any space to construct a tower … so after waitin for a year i went there again ans was same .. so i asked if can get a signal booster Antenna so atleast it will solve my problems because i get fone calls for my business .. all of my business runs over the fone so its very inconvenient to go on road …. the ans was from local vodafone center that we dont have signal booster .. u can get only from ahmedabad …so i called the customer care … There was a guy name Kamlesh .. he was polite and told me that i cn only get it from my nearest vodafone care center … inbetween i came to know that vodafone care center in my town has already provided signal booster antennas to many high profile n rich peoples already … one friend of my relative also … so i went to customer care again the ans was same .. some guy came from back office and asked the executive i was talking with that whoz this guy … he said juz a normal customer so he told that tell him we dont provide it from here ..i mentioned again that i am ready to pay whatever installation charges to install unit even if it is not my problem if they cant get me signals in my area but still i m ready to pay whatever it charges for sake of other gud services … i m really frustrated by the response of local vodafone care in porbandar … I really believer that a common person should also get the same services that a powerful n rich person should get …really hoping for a positive responce otherwice i have to migrate to another service provider which i dont want to
