complaint against online Company “100Bestbuy.com”

I paid Rs.1245/-for purchase of combo of three T-shirts from the online Company named “100Bestbuy.com” on 20th May, and made payment online through my Debit Card. Their payment receivers “PayUmoney ” also confirmed that they have received the payment. But I continued getting mails that my cart needs payment. On getting irritated by these mails, I requested their PayUmoney people to cancel my order and get my money refunded to my bank account. They said it is not their duty to do so. Only merchants can do the same. But to my utter dismay, I am not getting any reply to my mails for refund of my my money Rs.1245/-. And their online number was always out of reach, with their tapes on saying all executives are busy and they are celebrating their 5th Anniversary etc.etc. Only once I had talked to one of the lady executives, telling me that I will get my order
on 2nd June,2012. But in the late afternoon of 2nd June, I got the message that my order is cancelled and my money is transferred to my credit account. When I can
not get my first purchase order, how can I expect that I will get my 2nd order. I want them to reimburse my money to my bank account from where I have made my online payment.
