I visit costa coffee kemps corner branch almost everyday. I have a membership deal with them. On 9th June 2014 I visited this place and was in a huge rush. I asked for my regular coffee n went and sat. Even after 20 mins I didn’t get my coffee. When I went to inquire I was told that my membership was over and I won’t get a coffee without renewing it. I still told him , u gimme coffee n renew my membership also. But he still didn’t give me my coffee and behaved very rudely with me. I was thoroughly upset with this kind of a behaviour from Rahim and his staff there. I will never enter that place again. It’s a client servicing industry, n they can’t afford to behave like this with anyone. I hope a strict action is taken against Rahim and his staff.
