I have newly shifted from Bsnl to reliance. Subscriber ID 38100-4739-160. Speed I am getting under thunder 699 plan is ok, but every now and then there is no internet access. I have many important net related works but no internet access again since 24 hours. No body answers on their customer care no. even after waiting half an hour. Reliance, Kindly look in the matter. If same problem continues now and then, I will revert again to BSNL.
