customer harrasment

Dear sir, i hold an aircel prepaid no. 9658783440. I have been using internet through various internet vouchers of aircel ad never used to subscribe any other service or even make any calls. Still my balance used to deduct automatically. When i went to nearby aircell centre, the person who was attending to me was so adant that he was consistently going on saying that I have subscribed to such services myself because of whch balances have been deducted. I asked him to take my complain for refund of the amount. He took ot and after few days customer care gave me a call and asked if i got the balance back. I said no..She thrn said it will be credited back but still i havent got my balance back and thus not in a position to talk to custpmer care myself because it again would require balance in the account. I am mentally harassed completely with such pathetic and customer torturing behaviour of aircel people both in call centre who gave me the callalso the person siting in the shaheed nagar bhubaneswar aircel centre. Even the token system in shaheed nagar bhubaneswar for addressing to the custer visiting is running under their whims and fancies and no strict approcah is followed. Customer care executive in the call centre talks in such a way that they dont even listen to what we say and keep on saying themselves in a hurry to close the call. Please help me in getting back all my balance deducted unneccesarily. My last service request no. Is 115841321411. I got this no. Only for my complain. There may be some other request no. With aircel for my rexent complain of balance deduction

    Dear Sir,
    We have verified account details and found that, on dated 28th May 2014, at time 23:51:52 a content (MCPACK) was downloaded through transaction mode WAP and Rs.3/- was deducted towards content download charges. Further on dated 1st June 2014, at time 04:09:02 a same content (MCPACK) was downloadedand Rs.15/- was deducted from towards content download charges. As the contents are chargeable by the content provider, there was no wrong deduction from your account. We regret to inform that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard. We tried to contact you over phone to inform the same but number was switched off.
