Tikona Broadband is taking huge money but is not providing Prooer service.It has been days i have been complaining regarding unable to use the connection but they are not bother to listen to the complain.Each and every day they are giving a new complain number which of no use.They are purposefully not entertaining so that they can get extra money in the form of fine during bill payment since those days where i am unable to use net includes my Payment due date as well.
