I requested to change my billing plan to Airtel Alive Net CUG 375 which has 1GB of 3G data free. They deactivated my 2G data promptly yesterday itself (6th May), but they have not activated the 3G data till now. In fact, my plan is still the old one without the data. Please help in resolving. It is already one day since they have deactivated my data. Calls to 121 are no help, they keep checking the details for more than 10 min.
