This is regarding of LS Broadband internet
provider which is located at Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. I have taken net connection from the above said net provider since last 6 months and facing problems in accessing the net very frequently, most of the time net is not working, when i call the customer care to log on my complaint, they don’t even try to understand the customer problem and they don’t respond properly as if they are providing free service. From the time of the complaint, it takes them 5 to 6 days minimum to solve the issue. In a month overall the net lost will be 7 to 10 day. But still they are taking charging for the whole month and also being rude to the customers.
I kindly request you to take necessary action against the service providers and raise this complaint so that other customer get to know about this service providers.

I am also a victim of them I had subscribed monthly unlimited data package But fortunately I had given them a cheque On the second day itself the net had gone down Inspite of many requests those prople have come after one day and then also they were unable to resolve the issue So I had warned them that I will issue stop payment of cheque if the problem is not resolved But still there is no proper reply from them So I issued a stop payment cheque and cancelled their connection. This way I saved myself They were threatening me that they will lodge police complaint if I will not pay full one month payment for two days of usage. I told them that I will only for two days which I had used on pro rata basis.
