Dear Sir,
I snehanka Mukherjee, reside at 10,A, Kedar Bose Lane, P.O- 700025, P.S Bhowanipur want to put a complain against H.D.F.C bank agent Rahul Roy(may be fake name), I want to state the following,
1> I want a personal loan so I gave a advertisement in www.olx.com for loan.
2> Mr Rahul Roy(9163459401) fake number & Name contacted me & assured me to arrange Personal Loan from H.D.F.C bank. He (Rahul) collected documents(xrox copy of Pan Card, Driving Licence, S.B.I bank statement) & two cheque no- 81869 &818610.s
3> The both cheque was encashed & he said that this was bank charge.
4> On 23.5.2014 Rahul sms me asking for rs 3000/- as the Credit Manager of H.D.F.C was asking for-

ICICI BANK, CHOWRINGEE BRANCH.
A/C NUM-018701532009
I had submitted the money.
5> Since 26.05.2014 I tried to contact him & asked him to meet but he did not met me.
6> Finally Rahul had switched off his mobile-9163459401 & could not contact till today.
I am sure now this is cheating & H.D.F.C bank is also part of this & I am looking for legal action.
