Videocon d2h relallocation

Hi,

I am an user of Videocon d2h. I have recently shifted to my new home, so I registered for reallocation for my d2h connection.

I registered for reallocation on 1st June, 2014. And customer care service told me that uninstallation and reinstallation will be done by 6th june, 2014.

After calling several times to the customer care, uninstallation has done on 3rd june,2013. But re-installation has not done yet.
Every time I call the customer care they promise a time. But re-installation has not done yet.a

Kindly take care of this issue.
