I purchased a Micromax Mobile A-34 in Nov’ 2013.
Two months back it switched off, when i try to switch it on, it is not getting on. So i went to customer care and submit it, on 7th march. They returned the phone on 14th of march and still i was facing the same issue of auto off . They didnot rectify the issue and additionally one more problem of hanging occured. Again i had to submit it and they promised to return on time, however its been more than two months now, customer support executives not really showing concern about my phone. whenever i called them ,they keep on extending the time and says i donot have option but to wait. Really fed up with their irresponsible service and response.
Please help me resolving this issue with Micromax as soon as possible.
