Dear Sir,
I am a credit card holder of Hdfc bank living in Goa.A fraud transaction was done on my credit card. Rs 4900 was removed from my credit card account on line by some culprit. How can some one remove the money without knowing the password of my credit card. The card is still with me and I have not disclosed my password to any one.
The bank is not taking the responsibility and asking me to pay the amount.
Kindly help me.
