Hi,
I purchased a Micromax Mobile A116 (Canvas HD) in Oct’ 2013. Two days back it switched off, when i try to switch it on, it is not getting on. So today i went to two service centre in New Delhi, firstly i went to store name “The Mobile Care” in Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi. They deposited the handset & told that you have to wait for 1 month for repair.
It is a very long time for repair.
Please help me resolving this issue with Micromax ASAP.
