I purchased a Lenovo A390 android smartphone on July 12, 2013 from Infibeam, order ID 20186672, purchase ID 11207281. I am facing a battery charging problem and was searching for Lenovo service centers in Hyderabad on Lenovo website. I also searched for Warranty validity date and was shocked to see my mobile warranty activated before my date of purchase. The Lenovo website says warranty started from April 25, 2013 that is almost 3 months before my date of purchase.
It means I got a used mobile from Infibeam. I have been contacting Infibeam customer support for past 15 days but they are not giving me a reply whether the mobile is new or used.
