Complain for broadband internet service of reliance

Hi sir n mam , my name is sanju and im using reliance internet broadband. But after paying to them service is not good, and its been a month still internet is not working whenever i call to there cust service tol free number they wont have information when it will start working even i talk with super visour but they wont be able to say when my complain will e resolved , n during this month i lounch more then 10 complain , because when i called back to know the status of my complain got to they alrready closed my complain without letting me know , but the my issue was not resolved but complain closed its going on continuesly . N they dun have time n brought to call me to informed when it will start working., i have to call every time to mumbai call center toll free number need to wait long time to speak with super visoure more then 2 hours on hold but he or she will also give me same info we dun no when it will work , n im keep getting message that i being extra charge because i didnt pay the bill offcourse when my internet is working how to pay online , n because my internet is not working i had been charged few different companies like credit and all please help me my number is 8750039450
