Hi,
I had requested for chnage of my billing plan since i wnated to de activate my Balckberry mail services.
They chnaged my rental plan however kept billing me for Blackberry rental which is Rs 899 per month & kept doing so for 3-4 months.
Now despite of writing & filling mutiple complaints,There is no action by Airtel on the same.
