I bought a RO water purifier from Eureka Forbes with a company promise to give 3 free service during the first one year. Its been 11 months now and no one has showed up for servicing. I had raised a complain on the 5 May and subsequently escalated it with no results so far. They have the worst customer service I have ever come across. There complain escalation matrix is bogus and Im now 100% sure no one reads them, they are only there for namesake. It was a deserter to to buy the product.
