Concern:-

I was an airtel prepaid customer. One day an idea customer care executive made me a call telling us that we have some attractive offers for you in idea postpaid. I selected one of those. My phone number was then coverted to idea postpaid. But on the next day my phone number’s outgoing calls were blocked, and the reason given was that our area is negative so we can’t continue your number. So we requested to close off my number permanently. They told us that your number should be closed off in some days. After 4 to 5 months a call from an Advocate Mr. Nitin Gupta came to us. He told us that there is a case on you from idea cellular. He told us that we have a bill of 1390 rupees pending with us unpaid. But we told him that we haven’t used this number for not more than 2 days. He advised us to pay the amount before 12:00 o’clock on the same day else the case will be forwarded to the court. We paid that bill before the time. After that we made a call to idea customer care telling all these talks and then we requested to permanently close off that number as we were so much frustrated from idea cellular. Executive told that he had forwarded a request against your call and your phone number will permanently close off in 18 days. Then we broke off the sim card and thrown that away after these talks. We told him that we had already closed this number for 2 months. And then we once again called the idea customer care telling that why you are continuously making call to us unless we have already closed off that number for two months. They told us that the number was temporarily closed off. And the bill was of rental. And on 6th of May we once again forwarded a request to permanently close off this number and the number will be closed till 24th May. I had made a call to idea cellular once again regarding this and they told us that there is a request to activate sim once again. But we hadn’t made any call regarding this concern. And he told me that a request of closing off of this number is also sent on 8th of May which was sent by us. Now they told that your phone number is once again temporarily barred. We want that our request would be solved as soon as possible.

We want that this problem should be sort out as soon as possible.
