I own a prepaid Reliance Datacard 9343498862.
Recharged for Rs.444 (5GB with 30 days validity) on 16-May-2014.
After recharge i was unable to use the data available.
Stepped into Reliance World, Vijayanagar, Bangalore.
They checked and couldn’t resolve the issue, hence registered a complaint – 220399832.
I’m waiting since then for a response from Reliance.
Yesterday i got a message stating they tried to reach me but my number was busy, but i haven’t got any calls from them in the past 2 days.
Raising the complaint as its already 5 days and the plan expires in another 25 days.
I kindly request Reliance to please respond to customers on time and try to fix the issue, or please refund recharged the money back.
