I had bought a washing machine from LG in the month of March-2014. It’s hardly been 3 months and the machine has stopped working completely.
After reporting the same to the service center, the technician visited my place but left without fixing the problem and said he has to order a part. It’s been more than a week now and I haven’t heard anything from LG.
What is the use of setting up a service center without any inventory of the parts needed. When I called the customer service yesterday, I was informed that the part has been ordered and is yet to be sent to Goa from either Noida or Pune. Problems do occur but what’s the use of a service center without any spare parts in it and leave your customer waiting for weeks and months to get their problem fixed.
