Promised Data Pack Not given

I had purchased a Phone Sony Xperia Z1 C6902 Quad Core Android Mobile Phone – White, (Product Code: 30971053) from Homeshop18.com on 10th Of May, 2014, the link to this product is:

Before booking this phone I called and inquired about the product and freebies and they told me that the box would contain everything viz. The Phone, Portable Charger, Flip case, Vodafone Data Plan and the accidental damage cover. I then bought the phone with my credit card making full payment of Rs 37,334 in Advance.
I received the Portable Charger and Flip Case with it too, But there was NO SIGN OF THE VODAFONE DATA PLAN which I had been promised. So i registered the complaint on the same day as soon as i got my phone. (Complaint No. 101783491)
But no action has been taken by the customer care team of homeshop18 and their behavior is very disrespectful and their tone is cold. They have been promising me call backs from the first day itself within 24 to 48 hours, and when I did not receive a call from them the next day I called them again two-three times and then I got a callback from a very UNPLEASANT person and he asked me to visit the Vodafone Store, so when I asked him why should I take efforts from here when it was your Responsibility to send the Details of the data Plan, he started getting angry and when i told him that i want to return the phone he started threatening me that he wouldn’t accept my Phone and told me to do what ever I want.
Anyways I went to the Vodafone store and they clearly denied everything and told me to avail the offer from Homeshop18 and they won’t help me…. So i again contacted Homeshop18 on the 2nd day and they promised me again that I would get a callback within 24-48 hours and today, on the third day I again didn’t get any callback and I was still waiting. I then got a call and they keep telling me that my complaint has been forwarded on priority basis and they keep telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours and that my issue would be resolved and when i don’t get the call back i try to call them myself and they keep repeating the same thing again and again… It has been six days today since I lodged the complaint and yet such a small issue has not been resolved…
