This is a complaint against icici bank jind branch employee namely mr amrainder.from jind branch of icici i was expecting a cash deposit of rs 15000 by a client of mine.the money was to be transferred into my icici account which is a 5 minutes process.the client gave me the number of mr amrainder of icici bank jind and made me talk to him.more than a week and four days back this employee told me that he has wrongly transferred the money into a different ac belonging to some mr ashok.he also said tht the mistake occured as my ac no and the ac no of mr ashok are similar with just a difference of one digit in the end.i believed him as there was no reason for me to doubt a bank employee…and he said that the money would be again transferred in my ac within 24 hours.after allmost a week and after consulting my local icici branch…i called him to inquire abt the status of transfer and also the complete ac no of mr ashok in which he wrongly transferredthe money.i was surprised and so were the local icici officials because the ac number he provided never existed.upon re asking him he again changed his stance after realizing that he had given me anaccount number which wasent valid and the changed ac number he gave did not belong to any mr ashok nor did any transaction of rs 15000 was either done in tht account on the date he claimed .i was advised to lodge a complaint against him by icici local branch on helpline.i did as advised nd got the complaint no..sr32043805..but dont see anything happening as the bank manager of the branch is also trying to shield his employee..kindly do something.i can provide the details of the voice conversation where the said employee is delibrately giving me a wrong ac number
