have an LG refrigerator with product details Model number: 348PLQ4 SR No: 305PRJR049276. The fridge is under warranty purchase date 22/6/2013.
There are 2 problems that i am facing currently as described below:–
1). We experience constant icing on the vegetables kept in the vegetable tray.
2). After icing the vegetable get soft and then get spoiled.
LG is not ready to replace the fridge even after confirmation that its a manufacturing defect only to save the company’s money. This has been stated by the Branch service manager Ashok Kumar. He said he will get it repaired but will never ever replace no matter even if its a manufacturing defect. I urge you all never to buy an LG product in future.
