I lodged a complaint on 18001804558 0n 11/05/14 as my whirl pool washing machine suddenly stopped functioning .

I was assured that company engineer would visit my place within 24 hours. When no body came I called their service number and I was told that an urgent e mail has been sent to Gurgaon branch,
Again nobody came and I again reminded them at 1 PM on13/5/14, I was again assured of immediate help, yet till the initiation of this complaint at 8.45 PM on 14/5/14, no one has even called up.
I am a senior citizen and staying alone and not fit enough to wash cloth mannualy.
It is really frustrating to deal with Whirlpool and get my work done for which I pay and yet be harassed.
Can you help me?
