I have recharged my number Smart gsm 8391040599 with rs 78 on 12th may 2014 at 3:43 am from freecharge.com. freecharge.com Processed my Recharge as they Say but I didn’t get any recharge After calling the customer care they balance will be refunded when i asked for senior they put my line on hold for 25 minutes. but till now neither balance is refunded nor i got my recharge . And also they just cutoff my line as i am not able to contact with customer care. Plz do see to this matter help me out.
